Depends on complexity. Built-in approvals handle simple 1-3 level / single-condition flows fine. Once you need cross-system data, multi-book, exception compensation, calculated payouts — they hit a wall. 30 free minutes and we'll tell you straight, no fluff.

Can you connect to Kingdee / Yonyou / SAP?
Yes. Those three + DingTalk / WeCom / Lark / Weidian / Douyin Store / Pinduoduo / JD / bank document APIs — all production-shipped. Private-deployed old ERPs supported too — we scope the integration upfront.

Where is the data stored? Can it run on-prem?
By default in Aliyun / Tencent Cloud (east / south China). Your data, your call. On-prem / private-cloud is supported (+30% on enterprise tier) — required for MLPS-3 / listed-company clients.

Staff aren't tech-savvy. Will you train them?
Standard delivery includes 1 seed-user training (8 people, 2-hour remote). On-site / multi-batch training is ¥1,800 per half day. Video tutorial templates included — your ops can record more if needed.

Can I edit flows myself after delivery?
Yes. The engine ships a visual editor — forms / flows / notifications are business-user editable. Heavier work (new integrations / schema changes) we still recommend us, so data migration doesn't break.

Do I have to pay monthly?
Not required. One-time payment, code + server access fully delivered. We offer optional post-launch ops (from ¥1,980 / month) — annual prepay has a discount — but you can opt out and continue alone.
