What you might want to ask
Is 'Prepaid card' an actual card?+
No physical card, no virtual card either (that needs a fintech license — we don't touch that). 'Prepaid' is the marketing name. Legally it's prepaid technical service fee with the balance tied to your customer account. Stated clearly in the agreement: stored-value account, tech-service-fee, no interest accrual.
Can I really get my balance back? Or is this 'gift money you can't withdraw'?+
Yes, refundable. Contract states: unspent balance refundable to original account within 90 days (rebate pro-rated by actual spend). Enterprise tier extends to 365 days. We don't compromise on this — it's the line that separates us from Pinduoduo-tier resellers.
Is -8% rebate really that good? Catch?+
Enterprise tier (¥50,000 top-up) gets ¥4,000 rebate (-8%). The economics: ① our US card cashback ② USD wholesale FX advantage ③ bulk-purchase discount. Rebate goes directly into spendable balance — not 'next-time coupon', not 'membership level'.
What can I pay for? Any list?+
We pay: cloud infra, AI, SaaS subs, design tools, productivity tools, e-commerce platform fees, ad spend, API credits. We don't pay: shared accounts, mirror sites, unauthorized 'cracked' versions, gambling / crypto / adult, restricted goods. Every payment compliance-checked first.
How fast is settlement?+
Starter 24h, Growth 12h, Scale 4h, Enterprise 2h (business hours). Subscription (ChatGPT / Cursor) typically 1-4h. High-frequency small (Stripe balance / OpenAI API top-ups) automated to ~30min.
Relationship to /topup?+
/topup is the product (subscription cards); /prepaid is the wallet. If you only buy ChatGPT Plus, /topup is enough. If you simultaneously use ChatGPT + AWS + Adobe + Notion, top up /prepaid balance once and pay all of them — single VAT invoice at month-end.
When do you issue the invoice — at top-up or at consumption?+
On consumption. Top-up itself doesn't generate an invoice (no service rendered yet). On the 1st of each month, we issue a 'tech service fee' VAT invoice for the actual spend. Finance teams love this — invoice amount maps cleanly to expense category.
We have SSO / finance-system integration. Can you integrate?+
Enterprise tier supports it. OAuth 2.0 SSO (Feishu / WeCom / Okta / Google Workspace) + monthly statement API (JSON / CSV) + per-transaction webhook. Integrate once, sync forever.
I topped up ¥20,000 but didn't use it all in 90 days?+
30/14/3-day pre-expiry alerts. Three options: ① auto-renew (any spend resets the 90-day window); ② request refund (returned to original account in 5-10 business days); ③ upgrade to Enterprise 365-day. We never auto-zero without notice.
What if you go bankrupt?+
Balances are accounted as liability, not revenue. Under Chinese Company Law, customer-balance creditors are paid before equity in liquidation. We also segregate reserve into a separate account each month — your balance doesn't fund our daily ops. More robust than Pinduoduo-tier resellers — though, frankly, we have no plan to go bankrupt.
