An operations console for cross-border freight forwarders. The header carries the brand, the active period, the 4-language switcher (zh / ja / ko / en) and the on-call carrier mix. Below it: a KPI strip (in transit · delivered today · delayed · clearing customs), a port-to-port lane visualization (Shanghai → Tokyo, Qingdao → Busan, Ningbo → Incheon, etc.) with live ETAs, and a sortable shipment list with status pills. Switching language re-labels port cities, status pills, customs codes — IATA-style codes (SHA / TYO / BSN) stay Latin so cross-team scanning stays fast.
